Clearing your Spotify queue is a simple operation that will only take a few minutes, especially if you use Spotify on a computer. Fortunately, the desktop edition has a Clear option that deletes all songs in your queue with a single click.

Here’s how to empty the Spotify queue on Windows and Mac:

  • Launch the Spotify app.
  • Click the Queue button, which looks like a three-line symbol in the lower right corner.
  • The Clear button is located beneath your Now Playing section. Simply click on it. When there are no songs left in the queue, the Clear button is not visible.
